Overdue items are charged the following amounts for each day an item goes beyond its due date:

$.20 per day per Compact Disk
$.50 per day per Book on Tape
$1.00 per day per Videotape
Maximum overdue charges: $10.00

Lost Paperback Book Replacement: $7.00

Free -- All Employees of agencies funded over 50% by City or County of Montgomery
$50.00 per year without media -- Out-of-county (within a 50-mile radius of Montgomery County)
$80.00 per year with media - Out-of-county (within a 50-mile radius of Montgomery County)
$100.00 per year without media - Out-of-county (outside a 50-mile radius of Montgomery County)
$150.00 per year with media - Out-of-county (outside a 50-mile radius of Montgomery County)
$75.00 per year without media -- Families living out-of-county
$105.00 per year with media - Families living out-of-county
$15.00 per year for MPS teachers living out-of-county

Faxing from all library branches except Pine Level Branch -- $2.00 for first page and $1.00 for each additional page
