Heroes Like Me Competition (Open to Pre-K through 12)
We need heroes who look like everyone, including you! Too often we see heroes who don’t look like us, whether we’re a different body shape or have different abilities or a different color. Show us what you would look like as a hero. Prizes will be awarded by grade level. First prize for each category will receive a 12x24 poster of their entry and be included on a poster kept at the library to show how much we love our community heroes! Contest is open to pre-k through 12. Submissions must be flat for our scanner to accommodate the artwork. No glitter please!
Entry forms will be available until end of day February 22, last day to accept entries will be February 26th. We will judge on February 28th and award prizes in March.
