Description: Students will learn key vocabulary for places they may visit within their community and helpful phrases to use with English speakers there. Description:  Description: This course is an introduction to the ancient practice of Yoga.  Through a series of gentle Yoga Poses, participants will experience a sense of well-being and relaxation.  Comfortable, form-fitting, but stretchy clothing is recommended.  Participants of all levels of health, mobility, and flexibility are encouraged to attend as Yoga Poses can be adapted for comfort.
