Description:   Topic:  ATTITUDE IS EVERYTHING: HOW ARE YOU REPRESENTED?  Presenter:  Dr. Cynthia Steele  Audience:  11th & 12th Grade High School Students Description:  This one-hour interactive session will provide learners with what respect and integrity is all about. Learners will have a deeper understanding of how having a good reputation can open a plethora of doors.  Learners will be introduced to what respect looks like to achieve more. In contrast, learners will be introduced to what disrespect looks like and how doors could be closed instantly.  Materials:  Technology access

Mrs. Susan Enzweiler, Registered Yoga Teacher, Instructor
Description: This course is an introduction to the ancient practice of Yoga.  Through a series of gentle Yoga Poses, participants will experience a sense of well-being and relaxation.  Comfortable, form-fitting, but stretchy clothing is recommended.  Participants of all levels of health, mobility, and flexibility are encouraged to attend as Yoga Poses can be adapted for comfort.
