Description:  Alma Thomas is an African American Expressionist painter best known for her colorful abstract paintings. Her signature style consisted of board, mosaic-like patches of vibrant color in circles and stripes. Come explore the beauty and exuberance of her art by creating your own watercolor painting in her groundbreaking style.

Description:  Description: This course is an introduction to the ancient practice of Yoga.  Through a series of gentle Yoga Poses, participants will experience a sense of well-being and relaxation.  Comfortable, form-fitting, but stretchy clothing is recommended.  Participants of all levels of health, mobility, and flexibility are encouraged to attend as Yoga Poses can be adapted for comfort.
